John Heaney Electrical Limited has extended its sponsorship of Livingston Football Club for another season. The West Lothian firm will continue to feature on the men's first team's shorts and on the match ball plinth at the Set Fare Arena.

Chief operating officer Dave Black said the partnership reflects a strong local connection. "We’re incredibly fortunate to have built a terrific group of sponsors and John Heaney (Electrical) Limited are absolutely one of those," Black stated. Managing director Mark Heaney echoed the sentiment, saying, "Supporting our local team is at the heart of everything we do."

Longstanding community ties

The agreement marks a fourth consecutive season of JHE branding on the team's shorts. The company's trackside advertising has been a fixture at the stadium since 2019. Black highlighted the consistent support from the electrical and HVAC specialist, noting it continues regardless of the team's form or league position.

Livingston currently sit fourth in the Scottish Championship with 13 points from 10 games. Their recent form shows two wins, one draw and two defeats from the last five outings. The club's next test is an away trip to face fifth-placed Dunfermline this weekend. Fans can view the full schedule on our fixtures page and check the latest standings.

No financial terms for the renewed deal were disclosed. The sponsorship ensures JHE's presence will remain visible as Livingston continue their Championship campaign, aiming to close a nine-point gap to leaders Stenhousemuir.

More detail at Project Scotland

On October 15, the club confirmed the renewal. Chief operating officer Dave Black revealed a personal detail about the partnership's origins. "A conversation I had with Mark in the early days of his sponsorship has stuck with me," Black said. He stated that Heaney emphasized it was a local, community partnership regardless of form. The deal was announced as Livingston, fourth in the Championship with 13 points, prepare for their next match.
