Livingston FC will visit Five Sisters Zoo on Monday, 10th August, to celebrate World Lion Day. The event, held annually on 10th August, aims to raise awareness for lion conservation and celebrate one of the world's most iconic species. Our players, including LiviLion, will join the zoo's staff and supporters for an afternoon of fun and education. As part of the visit, supporters will have the opportunity to meet the players and mascot, with a small number of complimentary tickets for our upcoming game with Dunfermline Athletic available for fans wishing to come along and enjoy the day. Five Sisters Zoo is open from 10am until 6pm on Monday, with last entry at 4.30pm. Supporters can find full admission prices and further visitor information on the Five Sisters Zoo website here: https://fivesisterszoo.co.uk/our-zoo/opening-times-prices/. We're also delighted to remind supporters of our new partnership with Five Sisters Zoo for the 2026/27 season. As part of the collaboration, every child who signs up to the Lions Roar Club this season will receive a FREE child day ticket to visit the zoo – another fantastic benefit of becoming a member. You can find out more and sign up here: https://livingstonfc.co.uk/commercial/the-lions-roar-kids-club/. League standing (final 2025 table -- new season not yet under way): 12th in Premiership, 16 pts, 1W-13D-19L from 33 games, recent form LDLDW. Goals this season: 35 scored, 66 conceded (-31 goal difference). Title race: 54 points behind leaders Heart Of Midlothian. We're looking forward to spending the afternoon at one of West Lothian's most popular attractions, celebrating World Lion Day alongside our own Livi Lion, and we hope to see plenty of supporters there too!
